Turning it inside out
Wow. Just wow. This is an image of alternate universe where Bruce Wayne died instead of his parents.
The tragedy inspires Bruce’s father, Thomas Wayne, to become Batman and drives his mother, Martha, to insanity and a life as the Joker.

The Smoothest Con Man
This is an amazing con artist story. Victor Lustig was gutsy and very clever. The key to his scams were to get people to do something illegal, so they couldn’t call the authorities on him. His money-box scam convinced people to buy false counterfeiting equipment. And his Eiffel tower scam convinced his victims he was a bribe-able bureaucrat who would give preferential treatment to the highest bidder. Brilliant.
